Plucked Strings

Karplus–Strong: fill a delay line with pure noise and a guitar comes out.

Karplus–Strong · Minor pentatonic (blues) on A3 · 38 notes over 8 bars at 92 BPM · sustain 0.55 · spread 0.70

Every note starts as a delay line full of white noise. The length of the line picks the pitch out of it, and a two-point average takes the brightness off a little more on each lap — which is what a real string does.

The token is the seed, so this link recomputes the result rather than looking it up. No database, and it works for as long as v1 does.

This page and /api/v1/g/audio.pluck run the same code. There is no private endpoint.
